THE PRACTICAL FOOD FREEDOM MEMBERSHIP

Break the eating patterns that keep you stuck in food and body struggles and finally feel normal around food again

TBG is the food freedom online platform that helps you make eating simple again. Practically and in your everyday life — until food no longer feels like something you have to control or feel threatened by.

“I went for brunch, ate what I craved and stopped when I was full. The food I chose did not trigger a binge as before. “

Stopping food struggles isn’t hard because you lack insight or discipline. It’s hard because eating runs on automatic behavior patterns.

When stress hits → food.
When sweets show up → finish all.
When clothes fit tighter → restrict → binge.

The same response fires again and again.

Most advice focuses on better understanding, like emotions and triggers. That helps partly, however eating struggles stay mostly unchanged because the destructive behavior itself doesn’t get interrupted often enough.

So the same response keeps repeating.

That’s where TBG comes in. Not more information, but each month you repeat 3 tools that break the eating patterns that keep you stuck and fire on autopilot.

Three tools per month. That limitation is intentional.

Eating patterns don’t change from knowing what to do — but from doing it repeatedly.

Instead of only learning, you implement and practice three new responses daily for 30 days. Until they break the old automatic ones — like eating just because food is there without even being hungry.

TBG isn’t information consumption.

It’s guided pattern-breaking practice, with clear actions to use in your everyday eating moments that usually trigger the automatic guilt and binge reactions.

Then a new month begins and the next set of tools continues the process.

So how will TBG work for you, if there is constant food noise, you can’t stop eating once you start and the fear of body change sits in the back of your mind?

Since many of these struggles are driven by the same automatic patterns, when you change just one response, it doesn’t affect only one problem — but several at once.

You may focus on breaking the “once I start eating I can’t stop” pattern — but at the same time, the food noise quiets, guilt lessens and mindless eating happens less often too.

A few targeted changes can create a ripple effect and change a lot — if they’re practiced repeatedly.

No guesswork. No overwhelm. Just clear daily actions.

“Food became just food. I still care for my health, but all without pressure or binge eating. I now enjoy meeting friends for a meal because I stopped chronic dieting and food is no longer something to worry about. I just eat.“

FAQ

  • TBG is hosted inside an app you can use on your phone (IOS and Android).

It’s a flexible membership. You can cancel monthly or re-join anytime.

  • Most women have already heard a lot of the “right” advice — things like allowing all foods or stopping restriction. The real problem usually isn’t the advice itself, but that it falls apart in stressful moments, guilt or automatic patterns.

While there is no fixed “end date,” like in an 8-week program, TBG gives you a place to actually practice the right advice in real life - continually, within a supportive environment.

That way there is an end point for you, it just varies from person to person.

For some, it takes six weeks. Others may need a three months or longer.

However long it takes for you personally, change will happen through consistent practice - and you stay for as long as that structure supports you.

  • We’re not wanting you to make extra time in your week. TBG is designed for real life, so you practice as you eat - in the moments that actually matter.

Consistency doesn’t mean perfection or hours of reading, studying, or journaling - it means applying the tools every day, imperfectly, but as often as you can.

Each time you use the tools, you’re quietly breaking old patterns. That’s how repeated actions turn into big and lasting change - a normal and peaceful relationship with food and your body.

You don’t need the next new solution. You need a place where consistent changes finally let you arrive at real change. That’s what That Balanced Girl is for.
